STEWARDSHIP through PRAYER

Take, Lord, and receive

All my liberty,

My memory,

My understanding,

And my entire will,

All I have and call my own.

You have given it all to me.

To you, Lord, I return it.

Everything is yours;

Do with it what you will.

Give me only your love

And your grace;

That is enough for me.

The Suscipe Prayer
-St. Ignatius of Loyola

Stewardship through Prayer fulfills our need to make time for God, by a commitment to a discipline of personal and communal prayer and worship.  Every parishioner is invited to share in the privilege of praying for God's blessing, for each other and for God's will in the life of the parish.

When the disciples asked Jesus how to pray, He gave them the model prayer we know as the "Our Father" or "Lord's Prayer."  When we are not sure how to pray, the Holy Spirit comes to our aide.  The Congregation of St. Aloysius Catholic Church encourages all parishioners to make time for prayer.

"Love one another as I have loved you."

John 15:12
